There are several online job posting websites where you can look for job listings for Auto F&I Manager positions in car dealerships in New York and throughout U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii.

Indeed is one of the largest job search websites and is a popular platform for both employers and job seekers. Employers can post job listings for free or choose to sponsor their job postings to reach a wider audience. Car dealers use Indeed as many of them believe it has a large coverage and candidates have a higher chance of seeing their ad.
LinkedIn tries to offer a job search feature within their platform. Employers can post job listings on LinkedIn and target specific job seekers based on their skills, experience, and location.
Glassdoor is a website where job seekers can research companies and job opportunities, but it also offers an employer job posting feature. Employers can post job listings and receive applications directly through the website.
CareerBuilder is a job search website that offers good tools and resources for employers to help them find the right candidates. Employers can post job listings, search resumes, and even use AI-powered candidate matching to find the best fit for their roles.

What are the requirements for a career in F&I in New York State?
Individuals often inquire about the educational background needed to enter the F&I field, such as specific degrees or certifications or any essential skills needed to get into the lucrative F&I Management careers.
There are no specific requirements, although this field does demand knowledge of finance and insurance products offered by the dealership you will work for as well as industry regulations, and New York State compliance for F&I.
You would need formal training by a reputable industry training center. Online courses alone will not truly prepare you, in our opinion. For instance, here in New York there is a company called FINANCE MANAGER TRAINING run by a gentleman called Ryan Daniel who is the President of Finance Manager Training company.
We attempted to contact Mr. Daniel through his website contact form as far back as 12-months ago and subsequently a few other times. He never reached back to us to guide us about his offering.
We believe their “online courses” are very simplistic and rudimentary. From what we see, it really does not provide adequate training for a serious person who is looking to find a job as an F&I Manager here in New York.
Mr. Daniel never reached back to offer his comments, which we would be happy to publish here for our viewers.
We also contacted Finance Manager Training to ask about their so-called Artificial Intelligence F&I Training, as we were very interested to highlight this and provide information regarding such a potentially useful tool for the F&I industry.
Again, Mr. Daniel and his company refused to offer any information, and never returned our calls or emails.
We therefore had to reach the logical conclusion that this so called Artificial Intelligence Training is a hoax or a marketing gimmick to attract potential buyers of primitive online courses that make money rather than truly help individuals.
Our Recommendation:
There are many professional hands-on F&I Manager Training courses where you can participate in a classroom with professional and highly skilled expert trainers.
There are dealerships that offer such training either in-house or they send their staff to train at professional training institutes for a proper training which would help you get a real training and build a lucrative career in F&I.
